Website Redesign & Content Development for a Pest Control Company.

Sentinel’s previous website suffered greatly from disorganized site structure, outdated elements, poorly optimized content, and inconsistent branding. As such, our team’s goal with their website redesign was creating a more organized, focused, and consistent site with modern design elements and functionality that would lend itself to future SEO endeavors.

For the design, we opted for a combination of bold branded iconography and on-site photography. We implemented custom icons for each pest control service, pest identification, and pest control packages and used the on-site photos for page headers, sliders, and on bottom level service pages. We also created a blog page to act as a vessel for new monthly content.

For Sentinel’s content, we developed highly detailed and researched writing prompts to aid their team in the content creation process. We developed prompts for each individual service page and corresponding pest identification pages as well as funnel pages for Residential and Commercial Pest Control Services. The prompts were based off substantial local, national, industry, and key word research to ensure the content would be relevant to consumers and rank on search engines. We then performed extensive edits and optimization to their content prior to implementation.

Sentinel’s finished website hosts a wealth of detailed valuable resources for end consumers all presented in an intuitive contemporary design. Its content has been optimized for both SEO purposes and to provide an enjoyable and informative user experience.
